     Important Notes:

    ·       If you were set up on Direct Debit or Auto Pay through your previous management company, you WILL need to sign up again with HOAez.


    1.   Log into the HOAez app or the association website

    Within this portal, you can set up automatic recurring payments through your bank account at no cost.  Alternatively, you can choose one-time payments also. Note: There are no fees for setting up recurring e-check payments.  There are convenience fees for making one-time payments, which vary depending on if you are using an e-check or a credit card. 


    2.  Update your bank bill pay system 
    to send your dues payment to the Lockbox Address listed below and please ensure that your new account number is in the memo line of the check sent.

                  *With ongoing USPS mail service delays, please allow for up to 2 weeks for your payment to be mailed and processed. Further delays will be experienced if payments are sent to local offices or do not have the account number listed on the check.
